I am a Certified Grief Support Specialist, Writer, and Spiritual Mentor, with personal experiences in young widowhood, parenting grieving children, coping with loss from suicide, and navigating life's many challenges with grace. Since September 2015, I have dedicated a decade to studying grief, trauma, and related subjects. Throughout this time, I have supported thousands of individuals around the globe, guiding grievers, widows, and their children through my writing, support groups, and by responding to “Dear Nik” letters, emails, and social media comments.
