Talk therapy is great.

It helps on a deep soul level to talk about what happened to you to a loving person who cares and has the professional tools to listen & guide.

And yet?

For many people they find that after hours, years of talk therapy? They feel almost in the same place as in the beginning of starting talk therapy.

Why is this?

Because as humans we are creative people and to release emotions from our bodies, hearts, minds?

We need to CREATE.

This is why writing is so effective in healing and propelling you to a forward feeling that you are moving beyond the early days and emotions of your personal pain.

Writing ...even if you don't believe that you are any type of writer.... heals on inner levels in a way that talk therapy never can.

And this is why for 5 years I have offered my "Heal through Writing" support through email. Writing is art therapy and it helps on a deep soul level.

No, you don't have to be a professional writer. You don't have to believe that you know how to put your pain and your struggles into words. Do you know how to craft a letter email to a friend? Then you already have the tools to begin.

I have helped walk hundreds of adults through their personal life struggles with: grief, mental health, physical health issues, relationships, trauma, and beyond.
